Another project completed by M Long Building & Construction Services. This has been a fantastic project to be a part of. The owners called in “dittrich Hudson vasetti” architects to create a whole new space for The Old Barn.

The barn was dated and the layout did not suit the family of five. Federica Vasetti added her magic touch to the design and layout of the building.

M Long Building & Construction Services was granted the project in February, we set to work starting with the original part of the house. We knocked down walls and created a whole new space as per the plans whilst still keeping some of the original barn features.

Once the internal works were completed M Long Building & Construction Services concentrated on the old lean-to kitchen. We demolished the existing small extension and rebuilt a new sleek modern kitchen extension that would fit well on any home.

M Long Building & Construction Services installed a new state of the art kitchen to match the sleek design.

We also landscaped the exterior with a new hardwood decking and pizza oven area. The owners also wanted a purpose built gym built from scratch at the bottom of the garden with a new fence and log store leading up to the new gym.

M Long Building & Construction Services also created a new driveway, ripping out the old and re-installing a new base and flint drive. I think you will agree its an amazing visual project to be involved with, we are very proud of the outcome. Here are a few pictures of the project from start to finish.
